Travel times are restricted by the tourist police. Therefore, foreign nationals can depart Hurghada between 05.00 and 16.00 only.

The price we charge is price per vehicle.

Travel time is about 4 hours. There are a few places where your driver can stop for a short comfort stop during your private Luxor transfer. We appreciate this is especially important if you are travelling with small children. Also, you can add a 2 hour stop at the amazing Dendera Temple.

Passport required

It is important to know that a travel permit is required for this journey. We would need to arrange this permit 24 hours before you travel. To enable us to do this we must receive a photo of the photo page in all passports. Plus we will need all room numbers for those travelling. All documents should be sent to us on WhatsApp 48 hours before the date of transfer.

We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 2 days or less before the event
