It is important to know that a travel permit is required for this journey if there are any foreign nationals in the group. We would need to arrange this permit 24 hours before you travel. To enable us to do this we must receive a photo of the photo page in all passports. Plus we will need all room numbers for those travelling. All documents should be sent to us on WhatsApp 48 hours before the date of transfer.

We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 2 days or less before the event
